I hate these micro updates. They aren’t polished. I don’t even feel like this continues a real blog post.

I think I’m about to be off my feet for a week sick. I keep waking up in the mornings and my throat feels like it’s closing. Maybe what’s really going on is that it’s my tonsils but after I wake up and get going my immune system takes over. I cannot NOT afford to get sick.

My wisdom teeth have been hurting for the past several days. I need to get them cut out, which I can pay for, but not for the ortho. They want to start that two weeks after the teeth come out, but he wants 20% of the total cost before he’ll start treatment. I’m looking at $5500+ for the ortho that isn’t convered by the Insurance!

The estimate for the surgery is $350 after the insurance pays it’s share, but I’m willing to bet I’m going to get shafted on that too. And then there’s the $225/mo payments to the ortho.

Did I mention that the oral surgeon told me that the only place the body generates streptococcus is impacted wisdom teeth?

I want to get this problem taken care of, but right now, I can’t find a way to work hard and get the money. My company claims to not have money for overtime and the fucked up schedule I’m on doesn’t really allow for part-time jobs. Yes, I do deliver food a couple of times a week, but here lately I’ve been doing nothing but paying to work there. In fact, I spent 45 minutes trying to find a credit card receipt that somehow got misplaced. Now I’ve dropped cash before, or miscounted changed or whatnot, but I’ve never lost a credit card receipt.

I think I’d be better off with myself if I just quit working and lived off of Obama the Government the taxes I’ve already paid and won’t see back if I continue to work.

Sunday is my day off. I went to see Watchmen. Then I went to the store to pick up a few groceries and bumped into an old friend. Walmart didn’t have my Nutty Butters, so I had to go across the street to Target.

I was supposed to comment on all of ehowton‘s recent blogs that he had cross-posted.

I went to bed at 2330 and set the alarm for 0630. The alarm went off once or twice. When I finally crawled out of bed, it was 0830.

I had breakfast and read my subs. But no dishes were washed. No blogs (except this one) were written. I will likely be late to work.

I suck.
