Dieting Sucks!
Last night I tried the track near my house. It wasn’t bad, but it did leave a lot to be desired. I looked up the place I wanted to go originally. They have a track, but it’s going to be a bit more of a drive than what I am wanting to make methinks. If I get out of here right on time tonight (I’ve got the late shift) I think I’ll try going there and walking, then home, change clothes, eat, maybe shower and head off to write for a couple of hours.
I didn’t make it to Barnes & Nobel last night because I was looking for a Powerpoint presentation that appears to no longer be on the web. I thought I had downloaded it to my computer, but I couldn’t find it. In fact, I’m kinda pissed with OS X right now because it didn’t list in in the presentations when searched. I don’t know if this is a bug or not as the presentation was on an external drive that is never removed from the system and it backed up via Time Machine.
If I do make it to Barnes & Nobel tonight, I think I will attempt to work on my Angels & Demons review, but that will be a bitch without wireless. I hate AT&T despite their gift of C, C++ and Unix.
So I am about to eat lunch. I was going to Pulse about how the soup that has egg noodles has less calories than the soup with rice–90 calories vs. 120 calories per serving. As I was setting my bowl on the counter to open the microwave, I tipped it back and spilt half the content on the floor. That’s the whole point of dieting, isn’t it?
At least I’m sticking to my dieting plan on Day 2. FML!

You can haz cheezeburgers?
My mom made lunch for herself and my little bro, and I got the leftovers–which was literally one spoonful of noodles. I was like, “Gee, thanks.”
dieting does suck! i can never stick to one.
so kudos for sticking to your diet.
i really like your display picture.
@PrincessYnattirb – I thought it was damned appropriate given the subject matter.
@heidenkind – This is why I moved out of the house.
Your mom tried to starve you, too?
Actually I’m not that hungry (yet) so I shouldn’t complain that much.
@heidenkind – No. So I don’t have to deal with family drama bullshit.
There’s really not that much drama in my family. Most of the time.
@heidenkind – There must not be. After all, they still let you live there.
It’s nice to be loved.
@heidenkind - I hate you.
I think hunger is making someone grumpy.
good luck on your diet. btw your big font makes me feel more blind than i already am
@insert_label_here_003 – I didn’t realize it was that big. I crank my zoom up to 170% on most sites. Thanks for the well wishes.
