We need more Americans like Buzz Aldrin who don’t take shit off of nobody. Please note that Buzz is in his 80′s, yet he has no qualms about expressing how he feels about conspiracy theorists that say the moonwalk was faked. Let’s take a look:

Gotta love Buzz! I am so not a conspiracy theorist at all, but I do find it kind of odd that the original tapes from the moonwalk have mysteriously been ‘misplaced’ or ‘taped over’. I mean, it’s not like it was a video of a board meeting or something – it was the first moon walk! How does one misplace or tape over that?!
@DirtyAndShaken - Yannow, I was thinking about this lsat night. It’s equally plausible that the moonwalk was faked as the original tapes were destroyed. But hell, it’s your tax dollars at work!
I agree it’s plausible. I mean, it’s not what I want to hear because I love thinking it happened and all that is real. But it’s certainly possible. I just hope someone got fired for having misplaced the tapes if that was really the case.
@DirtyAndShaken - If the story is true, those tapes were erased over 20 years ago. Who would you fire? They’ve retired by now.

I’m not really sure what to think about the tapes from the moon walk. Since the tapes are gone I guess we’ll never really know now.

When I was studying abroad, the English students told me they’re taught Americans never landed on the moon in their college classes. I was like, Jealous much?
