Republican Fundraisers Terrorized, Media Silent
NOTE: I’ve already received two requests to turn my pulse into a post so it can be rec’ed and receive more exposure, so here goes.
First Things is reporting that Allee Bautsch and Joe Brown (Jindal fundraiser and fundraiser’s boy toy respectively) were viciously attacked after a fundraiser because they wore Sarah Palin pins. The couple was hospitalized but their story has yet to be picked up by the state controlled media.

It won’t be reported unless the State Run Media can find a few SEIU or UAW members who will make up some story about how it was started by Allee and Joe. That’s ok, they are just playing with fire. They keep attacking innocent people and sooner or later their going to attack someone trained to kill. Of course THAT will be reported by the loser media.
Oh yeah so typical. Journalism has turned into a joke.
Protesters from both sides get on my nerves, but everyone has that right to disagree. Attacking people, though? Just ain’t right.
You’ll never hear it on the media. It doesn’t fit their agenda in making republicans, conservatives and tea partiers racist.
Of course the media is silent. Democrats and progressives, dispite that history proves otherwise are not evil racist, they are nice people, clearly this was a fight between gun carrying physco Republicans. (that was sarcastic) There is a reason why the state run media is collapsing. No one watches them because they do not report, they spin and spread propoganda. AKA they lie. This is outragous. I say we flood the emails of state run media outlets untill they cover it.

Republicans, democrats, these are the people who have turned and are continuing to turn American society into a shit hole. The so-called tea party movement headed up by Palin is yet another sham (or, at the very least, a waste of time (glass half full approach)). If you think any of it (and “it” means any republican rebound) will make a real difference you are deluded. US Government reform is impossible. Constitutionalism is gone. Unless, of course, you wish to completely unravel a hundred years and more of constitutional erosion by the several parties? Yea, good luck with that one! Miss Bush Yet? Oh God no. I dread the return to Republican rule. Any Republican.
Ron Paul is always saying that he wants to get rid of this or that government feature. You know what I want to do with the various federal offices? Get rid of them and replace them with nothing.
And besides, anyone who actually enjoys listening to Sarah Palin deserves to have their ass kicked. I mean, jeez, what a yahoo that one is. It is said that our actions reflect on us and if the act of supporting Palin is any indication, then there are a lot of shit-fer-brain types out there.
@obamawatch - It won’t matter. With the planned Tea Party infiltration for tomorrow, this story will be old news. I think the best thing we can do is continue to propagate the story on blogs, etc. until critical mass has seen it sans Keith Olbermann’s commentary.
…everything I’ve read recently has said they actually weren’t wearing Palin pins. It was a media thing. That statement has been retracted to the best of my knowledge – this altercation appears to be no more than the result of lots of people drinking in a small space.
