If Warren Buffet is so rich and is guilty that he doesn’t pay enough taxes, why doesn’t he write a check to the Federal government and give more than his tax bill?

Furthermore, why does he have to rub the fact that he’s rich and the rest of us aren’t in our faces? There was once a time when braggadocios behavior was considered impolite.

Democrats’ Policy Leads to Unsafe Airports, Massive Unemployment

So let’s get this straight: it was Democrats that furlowed FAA personal in the first place. Now those same Democrats are responsible for unsafe airports because the necessary “radar systems to prevent runway and taxiway collisions at airports, installation of runway safety lights and construction of air-traffic control towers” can’t be built because there’s no labor to build them. Meanwhile, 24,000 people have lost their job thanks to Democrats.

But remember, this is the “Hope” and “Change” that 52.7% of the nation voted for and that’s exactly what 52.7% of the nation is going to get.

I saw this via John Gruber’s Daring Fireball, and thought it merits discussion. I don’t want to start a flamewar, but I do want to put an alternate viewpoint in people’s conscience.

If you have a monopoly business and generate monopoly profits and take those monopoly profits to another industry and gave away what your competitors (must) charge for, which led you to quickly capture the dominant market share, would you…

Obama wants tax cuts?!?!

Obama urged Congress to pass stalled trade bills and said he wants tax cuts for the middle class and unemployment benefits extended.

A fine example of the piss-poor job of reporting that the kiwis are doing. To read their news, Obama was standing on high moral ground through the entire debacle and it’s those evil bastards in Congress who’ve been wallowing in the mire instead of kneeling before Our Dear Leader.

No wonder the rest of the world thins that the Democrats smell like fresh daisies.

Internet providers would be forced to keep logs of their customers’ activities for one year–in case police want to review them in the future–under legislation that a U.S. House of Representatives committee approved today.

Though he’s the same clueless Democrat that famously groused about reading the Obamacare bill, John Conyers gets it right on the ISP Spy bill:

“The bill’s title, Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers Act, is a misnomer because the legislation is really not about those types of crimes at all,” Conyers said. “Because if it were, it would certainly not contain a broad exemption for the largest Internet service providers such as AT&T, and it would target child exploitation.”
